The Smith Garden
Given in memory of Dr. Ronald W. Smith from his wife, Carol Shaffer Smith
Located between The Roger Carroll Garden and the Parking Garage and is directly in front of the Physician's Office Building
- It has wonderful plant life and a stone wall that borders part of the garden.
- There are three trees, including, an evergreen Cryptomeria Tree, a large leafy Chinese Elm, and a small Red Maple.
- The trees shade the garden; keeping it breezy in the spring, cool in the summer, colorful in the fall, and frosty in the winter when the snow lays.
- It has a beautiful view of the Hospital and also houses three benches, one dedicated to Dr. Smith, which give patients and families a place to unwind.
